Paola Longoria Shares the Secret to Staying at the Top

Paola was recently interviewed at the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, Alamaba and featured on the Olympics website. The link to the video interview is below. As Paola's coach, it's been an honor and a privilege to be part of her team since December 2009. We have trained and been through 12 professional seasons on the LPRT with her finishing the year ranked no. 1 in the world, three Pan American Games and won 9 gold medals, two Central Caribbean Games and won 4 gold medals, and four World Championships winning four gold medals. Working with Team Dovetail and Team Zurek was my focus all weekend, we had some great results I wanted to share and recap. HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria Wins her 106th Tournament in Kansas Overland Park, Kansas – December 15, 2020 Paola Longoria, the world’s top ranked player, won the Women’s Professional Singles title at the TeamRoot.com Super max Slam event in Kansas. Due to the global pandemic, the tournament was the first contested on the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) since the Boston Open in March. The singles event was the 137th tournament Longoria (Monterrey, Mexico) has played in during her professional career. Of those tournaments, Paola has won 106 of them – a staggering tournament winning percentage of more than 77 percent!

HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria Wins her 101st Tournament in Chicago Chicago, Illinois, December 18, 2019 HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria (San Luis Potosi, Mexico) dominated the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) Turkey Shoot Open at the Glass Court Swim & Fitness Club outside the Windy City.
